Christmas in London Town was a Victorian London-themed Christmas event featuring a live one-act musical called The Trouble with Charley. The event was masterminded by Denece L. Gerlach. It took her, and many many others to pull off.

The eventual goal is for Christmas in London Town become an annual festival featuring several themed sets and food/drink vendors centered around the original play and its sequels (at least one of which is already written). It's meant to be a heartwarming celebration for families to enjoy and share in Christmas cheer.

The first iteration, which took place over the course of two nights in downtown Denton, TX. and was followed by a subsequent performance of the one-act at a local church, met resounding success. We were invited for two additional performances at other locations, however one had to be cancelled on account of rain (it was once again outdoor), and the other declined as more than half the cast had succumbed to the flu thanks to the many outdoor rehearsals and performances in freezing weather.

Still, great times all around!
