Imagine a sword that can defeat anthing with a single strike. Trouble is, it's really difficult to swing. This is a simple enough game mechanic, but it was tremendously fun to work-on.
Amir pitched his idea for the game at a Dallas Society of Play meeting as part of the 2018 Spring Cartridge Jam. His vision was an elegant balance of strong and simple. That is the kind of idea that impresses me, so I was sold. It was tough though...for all of us. I had to squeeze out nearly 10 minutes of music in two weeks, on top of my other obligations. But we survived. And we were all incredibly happy with the results. Would definitely work with these guys again.
